Areas of Focus

You may recognise yourself in one or more of the areas below:

Racial trauma & discrimination

Domestic & relational abuse, including coercive control

Childhood trauma and neglect

Borderline personality dynamics

Intense emotions, fear of abandonment, unstable relationships, identity uncertainty

Difficulties with trust, intimacy, and attachment

Patterns in relationships or work that feel hard to change

Feelings of emptiness, self-criticism, or internal conflict

You do not need a diagnosis to begin therapy. Some people come with previous labels or clinical histories; others simply feel distressed, stuck, or unsure why certain patterns repeat.
